Lifetime Warranty — the details. Our Lifetime Warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use. It does not cover accidental damage, chips, cracks or breakage caused by drops, knocks or impact; thermal shock or sudden temperature change; scratching, staining or fading; misuse or improper care; or commercial and heavy-duty use, nor normal wear over time. Proof of purchase is required and the warranty applies to the original purchaser only (non-transferable). Where a claim is approved, Snaw will repair, replace or refund the affected item at its sole discretion, and may request photographs to assess each claim individually.
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours. You will get a tracking number by email within a few days of your order leaving us.
US delivery takes 5 to 14 business days from dispatch. Hawaii and Alaska take 5 to 21. Worldwide orders take 7 to 21 business days.
Standard tracked shipping is $4.99. Insured premium tracked shipping is $9.99, which adds faster processing plus cover for loss, theft and damage.
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Email info@snaw.co and we will reply within 24 hours with where to send it.
Items need to come back in the same condition you received them, in their original packaging. Return postage is not covered, and our returns address is in the United Kingdom.

Yes, with one exception. Cups with a wooden handle should be washed by hand so the wood keeps its finish. Everything else goes straight in.
