Frequently Asked Questions
The title tells you. If it starts with Set of, that is how many cups you get. Everything else is a single cup, and travel cups are always sold individually.
Yes, with one exception. Cups with a wooden handle should be washed by hand so the wood keeps its finish. Everything else goes straight in.
Every cup gets its own protective box, even inside a set of four. It is why they survive the journey, and why you can hand one over as a gift without wrapping anything.
We replace it. Email info@snaw.co with a photo and a new cup goes out straight away. Nothing to send back.
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and most arrive within 7 business days.
Our story
How Snaw Came To Be
Four steps from one overlooked daily ritual to a cup in tens of thousands of kitchens.
A ritual treated as an afterthought
Most people drink the best part of their day out of whatever mug was nearest. We thought the first cup deserved better than that.
Finished by hand, not stamped out
We work with makers who still finish each piece by hand. It is slower, and it means no two cups are quite identical.
Built to be given, not just bought
Every cup leaves in its own protective box. That began as a way to stop breakages and turned into the reason so many are bought as gifts.
Tens of thousands of mornings later
What started with one cup is now part of the morning in homes across four countries, with thousands of five star reviews behind it.

It is an absolutely beautiful mug, and I can’t wait to use it in the car!
Beautiful colours. Excellent standard. Prezzy for my daughter in law. Love everything about it and I know she'll love it too when she gets it for her birthday early November!
Beautifully made and perfect for our morning coffee on the run. Looks so much nicer than the old cardboard cup and so much better for our environment. Very happy with this purchase.
Searched for years and finally found the best travel mugs ever
This travel cup replaced my very beloved Theo’s chocolate travel cup. That cup was a hard act to follow, but this cup satisfies the need.
The cup is beautiful and well made but unfortunately I find it too heavy to carry it around whether in the city or traveling.
We looked for years for a decent travel mug and finally found one…thank you so much
Good looking. Great traveler.
Beautiful cup and design! Excellent quality and packaging. Shipped quickly and delivered on time. My favorite coffee mug for on the go!
They are not the cheapest, but great quality and good looking!

Bought a a gift for sister birthday. She was happy
Going to gift it for Father's day. But I think they're beautiful and sturdy. Can't wait for my husband to see them. Hoping it will keep him away from the plastic travel coffee tumblers he keeps using.
Amazing, wonderful, perfect in every way possible. The mug was even more stunning than I expected. So glad I took the time to order one.
Nice! Great feel to it.
Love our cups. They were received in great condition, very well packed.
It's a beautiful cup, I love giving it to vendors to fill with coffee!! They always compliment me on It's design.

Beautiful coffee mug! Very unique 😊
Love the ceramic….very sturdy and sophisticated
I have had negative experience of purchasing items from “ far away”. This was NOT one of them. This was a positive purchase experience. In addition I love my ceramic mug. Price was right and quality is great. It took a while to arrive, which made me a bit nervous. But when it arrived I was thrilled.
Love the cup! Just wish it was bigger!! The quality is outstanding. It keeps my coffee hot and cleans up easily.
