Items need to come back in the same condition you received them, in their original packaging. Return postage is not covered, and our returns address is in the United Kingdom.

Yes, with one exception. Cups with a wooden handle should be washed by hand so the wood keeps its finish. Everything else goes straight in.

We work with makers who still finish each piece by hand. It is slower, and it means no two cups are quite identical.
