Refund & Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, this includes the original packaging.

Please note we do not cover the cost of returns shipping/postage. Our returns address is in the United Kingdom.

Once we receive your return request, we will contact you via email within 24 hours on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Incorrect Address On Order

Please double check when ordering that you have entered your shipping address correctly. Once we ship your order we are unable to amend/change the shipping address. If a mistake has been made and delivery fails we can only issue a refund if/when the package has been returned to sender. Often delivery companies may destroy / dispose of a package if delivery fails. In this event a refund will not be issued as this is a result of an address error.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you are looking to return your item(s) in exchange for something else. Such as a different size/colour. This can be arranged. Once we receive your return we will be able to send out the new item to you. Please follow the above procedure and email info@snaw.co to arrange your exchange so we can ensure the correct item is replaced.

Refunds
If you have returned your oder for a refund you will be notified via email once we receive your return and once your refund has been issued. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used on your order. Please allow up to 8 business days for your bank/card issuer to process the refund and make the funds available to you. Refunds issued via Paypal will take up to 2 days for funds to process.
