How does trade pricing work?
Once your account is approved, simply log in and you'll see your trade pricing applied across the whole range. Your account manager can talk you through pricing on larger or recurring orders.
Is there a minimum order?
We keep minimums flexible to suit your business — whether you're a single café or a large hotel group. Your account manager will confirm the details once you're approved.
Can I resell Snaw in my shop or online?
Yes. As well as businesses that serve our cups, we welcome retailers who stock and resell Snaw — boutiques, gift shops, garden centres and online stores. To protect the brand and keep it fair for every stockist, trade accounts are for your own shop or website only: we don't approve reselling on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy or eBay.
Can I see the cups before committing?
Absolutely — once you're set up, just ask your account manager about samples so you can check the quality and finish first-hand.
Can you add our logo / custom branding?
